These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of the products offered on the website. By placing an order, the user declares to have read and fully accepted these Terms.

2. Purpose

3DJungle designs and produces 3D-printed products, including lamps, personalized items and print-on-demand services. The essential features of each product are described on the relevant product pages. Images are indicative only: as the products are handcrafted, slight differences in color, finish or size may occur.

3. How to place an order

To purchase, the user follows the guided process on the website, adds products to the cart and confirms the order after checking their details, shipping address, price and any delivery costs. Submitting an order constitutes a purchase proposal. The contract is concluded when 3DJungle confirms acceptance of the order by email. The Seller reserves the right not to accept orders that are incomplete, incorrectly completed or where the product is unavailable.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Euro and include VAT where applicable. Any shipping costs are indicated separately before the order is confirmed. 3DJungle may change prices at any time; each order is subject to the prices in force at the time the order is submitted. Payments are made through the methods indicated at checkout, including credit/debit card via Stripe and PayPal. Payment data is processed directly by the relevant providers and is not stored by 3DJungle.

5. Shipping and delivery

Products are shipped to the addresses provided by the user using the methods and lead times communicated during purchase. Processing times for made-to-order or personalized products may be longer than for catalog products. Delays due to causes not attributable to the Seller do not give rise to any compensation. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer upon delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods, pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Italian Consumer Code). To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to communicate the decision to info@3djungle.it before the deadline. Goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging; return costs are borne by the consumer unless otherwise stated. 3DJungle will refund the amounts received within the legal time limits.

Pursuant to article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to measure or clearly personalized (for example custom products, photo lamps and items made to the user’s specifications).

7. Legal warranty of conformity

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code. The consumer is entitled to have the goods brought into conformity free of charge through repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract in the cases provided by law. Any lack of conformity must be reported within the legal time limits. Defects resulting from improper use, normal wear or failure to follow the instructions are not covered.

8. Intellectual property and user content

All website content (trademarks, logos, text, images, models and designs) is owned by 3DJungle or its respective owners and may not be used without authorization. For personalized products, the user warrants that they hold the rights to the content (images, text, files) supplied for production and indemnifies 3DJungle against third-party claims. The Seller may refuse to produce unlawful, offensive content or content that infringes the rights of others.

9. User obligations and responsibilities

The user undertakes to provide truthful and complete information and to use the website in compliance with the law. Any fraudulent use or use contrary to the purposes of the service is prohibited. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided for the order and shipment.

10. Limitation of liability

3DJungle is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from improper use of the products or the website, nor for interruptions, malfunctions or unavailability of the website due to causes beyond its control, including force majeure, technical faults or third-party actions. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights granted to the consumer by law.

11. Online dispute resolution (ODR)

Pursuant to EU Regulation 524/2013, the consumer may use the European Commission’s ODR platform for the out-of-court resolution of disputes, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, if located in Italy. Without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers, for any other dispute the Court of Ravenna has jurisdiction.

13. Changes

3DJungle reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the website; orders already accepted remain governed by the Terms in force at the time the order was submitted.
