1. Data controller

Pork-Chop Express S.r.l., VAT no. 02782250399, registered office at Via Aldo Moro 75, 48014 Castel Bolognese (RA), Italy (the “Controller”), operates The3DJungle Social Media Manager.

Contacts: info@3djungle.it · Certified email (PEC): porkchopexpress@legalmail.it.

2. Application scope

The3DJungle Social Media Manager is a private application used exclusively by the Controller on a private computer or server to create, review, approve, schedule and publish content for The3DJungle. It is not a SaaS service and is not available to third-party users.

3. Data processed

When a social account is connected through the platform’s official OAuth flow, the application may process:

  • technical account identifiers and the authorized profile name;
  • access tokens and, where applicable, refresh tokens;
  • granted permissions and their expiry;
  • information strictly required to identify boards, Pages or publishing destinations;
  • content, images, links, schedules and publication results prepared by the Controller;
  • technical logs, publishing attempts and error messages, without recording social account passwords.

The application does not request or store Pinterest or other platform passwords, browser session cookies, or Google credentials used to sign in to Pinterest.

4. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed solely to connect authorized business accounts, prepare and publish explicitly approved content, verify publication results, protect the application and diagnose errors. Processing is carried out to perform the activities requested by the Controller and for the legitimate interest in securely and efficiently managing its social channels.

5. Approval and publishing

No content is published without an explicit approval action. The application does not automate follows, comments, messages or other engagement and uses only the official APIs of configured platforms.

6. Retention and security

OAuth tokens are encrypted and secret credentials are kept outside the source code. Tokens are deleted when an account is disconnected or when they are no longer needed. Operational information and logs are retained only as long as necessary to manage publications, security and troubleshooting, and are deleted when no longer required. Backups, if any, follow the retention cycle configured by the Controller.

7. Technical providers

The 3djungle.io domain uses Register.it for DNS services and DigitalOcean for the web server. Connected social platforms process data under their own policies and terms. Any additional technical providers are used only when configured by the Controller and to the extent necessary to provide the requested functions.

8. Pinterest

The Pinterest integration is used to read the minimum account and board information required and to create organic Pins selected and approved by the Controller. Access uses Pinterest OAuth and the official Pinterest API. Data obtained through Pinterest is not sold, disclosed, used for external behavioral advertising or used to analyze third-party users.

The connection can be revoked from the application’s “Social accounts” section and from Pinterest account settings. For information about Pinterest’s processing, see the Pinterest Privacy Policy.

9. Disclosure, transfers and access

Data is neither publicly disclosed nor sold. It may be processed by technical providers and expressly connected platforms only as necessary for the service. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, processing is subject to the safeguards required by applicable law and the relevant provider’s terms.

10. Rights and revocation

Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent, where applicable, by writing to info@3djungle.it or porkchopexpress@legalmail.it. They may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

11. Changes

This notice may be updated to reflect legal, technical or functional changes. The current version and its update date are published on this page.
